The Nifty gained momentum towards the end of session and closed near day's high led by technology, FMCG and realty stocks. The 50-share index ended at 6,303.95, up 42.30 points or 0.68 per cent. It touched a high of 6,307.45 and a low of 6,243.35 in trade today. The Nifty gainers included TCS (up 5.51 per cent), Wipro (up 3.85 per cent), HCL Tech (up3.71 per cent), IndusInd Bank (up 2.75 per cent) and Sesa Sterlite (up 2.44 per cent).
